Research & Training for Optimal Sport Performance 

Click the link below to read recent research showing partial squat training is superior to full squat training for sprinting and vertical jump performance.  Each sport and athlete requires individualized training for optimal performance; I recommend using a combination of 1/4, 1/2, and full squats for optimal sprint and jump training with a greater focus on 1/4 and 1/2 squats which will vary with each athlete and sport.
